Refunds

If for any reason you are unable to attend an event and would like to request a refund, Dance Factory offers a hassle-free refund process. Please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available for ticket purchases that meet one of the following criteria:

  • The event has been canceled by Dance Factory.
  • You have purchased ticket insurance at the time of your purchase.
  • The event date or location has changed, and you are unable to attend the rescheduled event.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our official website at dancefactorynow.net.
  2. Log in to your account using your registered credentials. If you do not have an account, create one by clicking on the "Sign Up" button and providing the necessary information.
  3. Go to the "My Tickets" section, where you will find a list of your purchased tickets.
  4. Locate the specific ticket you wish to request a refund for and click on the "Refund" button next to it.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit your refund request.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request has been submitted, our team will review it within X working days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method used during the ticket purchase. The refunded amount will be credited back to your account within X business days.

Exchanges

If you find yourself unable to attend the event you originally purchased tickets for, Dance Factory offers a convenient ticket exchange process. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility

Exchanges are available for ticket purchases that meet one of the following criteria:

  • You would like to attend a different performance of the same event, subject to availability.
  • You wish to exchange your ticket for another event produced by Dance Factory within X number of days from the original event date, subject to availability.

2. Requesting an Exchange

To request a ticket exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our official website at dancefactorynow.net.
  2. Log in to your account using your registered credentials. If you do not have an account, create one by clicking on the "Sign Up" button and providing the necessary information.
  3. Go to the "My Tickets" section, where you will find a list of your purchased tickets.
  4. Locate the specific ticket you wish to exchange and click on the "Exchange" button next to it.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to select the desired alternative event and complete your ticket exchange request.

3. Exchange Process

Once your ticket exchange request has been submitted, our team will review it within X working days. If your request is approved and the alternative tickets are available, they will be issued to you through your Dance Factory account. You will receive a confirmation email with the updated tickets, which should be presented at the venue on the new event date.
