Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to supporting our customers. Our refund policy applies to all Dance Factory programs and events, including classes, workshops, performances, and more. To be eligible for a refund, certain conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the program or event start date.
- The participant must not have attended more than 50% of the program or event.
- Valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or registration confirmation, must be provided.
Refund Process
If you meet the refund eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before the program or event start to initiate the refund process.
- Provide your name, contact information, program or event details, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and assess it based on eligibility criteria.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate our customers' needs, there are certain circumstances where refunds may not be applicable:
- No-show or late cancellation: If a participant fails to attend a program or event without prior notice or cancels after the start date, refunds will not be issued.
- Special events or promotions: In some cases, special events or promotional offers may have specific refund policies, which will be communicated clearly during registration.
- Force majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations, our refund policy may be adjusted accordingly.
